Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy Notice

By placing an order with VestisnWela, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

 Eligibility for Replacement / Exchange

We offer a 7-day replacement or exchange only under the following circumstances:

- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing or incomplete item received

Any issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery along with clear photo/video proof and the order details.

 Non-Returnable Products

Products sold on VestisnWela are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange for reasons including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Personal dislike or dissatisfaction
- Difference in expectations
- Minor color or design variation caused by photography or lighting
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control

We do not accept returns based solely on customer preference after successful delivery.

 Product Condition Requirement

To qualify for replacement or exchange:
- The product must remain unused
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering caused after delivery

 Right to Reject Requests

VestisnWela reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or replacement request if:
- sufficient proof is not provided,
- the claim appears fraudulent,
- the product has been used or damaged after delivery,
- or the request violates the policy terms.

 Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable. In exceptional approved cases, refunds may be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
