7-Day Replacement / Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement or exchange only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product received has a manufacturing defect
- The product is incomplete or missing items
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Products are not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Not liking the product
- Color/design expectations
- Personal preference
- Minor size or appearance variations due to photography/lighting
Conditions for Replacement / Exchange
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Refunds
We generally do not provide refunds. Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
